Factory Introduction
At our new Shanghai factory, which covers approximately 6,000 square meters, we have established a production system capable of meeting the diverse needs of our customers. In addition to dedicated production workshops for the first to third processes, comfortable on-site management offices and meeting rooms are also provided. We consistently maintain a clean and efficient environment to support high-quality manufacturing work.
Processing Equipment & Inspection/Handling Equipment
In addition to the equipment required for manufacturing sheet metal parts, the newly established machining division in September 2025 added processing equipment, significantly increasing production capacity.The cutting equipment includes 6kW and 3kW fiber laser cutting machines (with tube cutting function), and also features a variety of equipment from the AMADA brand, such as CNC punching machines, bending machines, machining centers, and CNC multi-function lathes.

To support high-precision processing, we have introduced comprehensive inspection and handling equipment.Coordinate measuring machines capable of handling complex and high-precision components, as well as imaging inspection equipment that improves the efficiency and reliability of component inspection.
